. . We'd love to have your wrestler join the club. To register him or her for the upcoming year:
- Download the registration
form from below and fill it out completely.
- Membership fees are as follows: $110 for first member, $80 for second member, $35 for third
member of a family. Checks should be made payable to Stateline Wildcats.
- You may pay either the full membership fee(s) at the time of registration,
or a 50% non-refundable deposit. Final payment will be due by the first night of practice.
- If your child was not a member last year, a copy of their birth
certificate is REQUIRED. Please do not mail an original.
