to Stateline Wildcats Wrestling Club 2011-2012 Season! ..We are excited about the upcoming season and look forward to welcoming back those returning Wildcats,
as well as look forward to meeting new Wildcats! Our club is for wrestlers ages 6-14 (must be 6 years old by time
of registration), and our season is from November to the end of February for beginners; advanced wrestlers competing at State
will go thru the end of March. . - Registration can occur by attending any practice. Practice Schedules are listed on the calendar link to the left.
All late registrations must be handed in to Nicole Valach in person.

- Birth Certificate (if returning, we have on file)
- A separate post-dated Check for $125 Equipment Deposit (per wrestler)
- BOTH Wrestler & Parent must be present to sign USA card at registration
If you would like to pay using a credit card, you may pay online using the PayPal
option on our website. Once your payment is complete, write the confirmation number on the registration form and bring
the completed form and receipt to registration night. If you also choose to purchase your USA card online
at www.usawmembership.com with credit card, please bring a copy of your printed card to registration for our records.
. Registration Fees: $125 for the first wrestler/$90 if USA card is purchased online $110 for the second family member/$75 if USA card is purchased online $90 for the third family member/$55 if USA card is purchased online . If
you participated in the Golf Ball Tickets and sold 10 tickets per wrestler, a $25 discount would apply per wrestler registration.
We will apply the discount at Registration Night (online payment does not apply discount). Prices will be: $100
for the first wrestler/$65 if USA card is purchased online $85 for the
second family member/$50 if USA card is purchased online $65 for the third family member/$30 if USA card
is purchased online . If you have any
questions regarding registration, please contact our Club Secretary, Nicole Valach, at nvalach@statelinewildcats.com. She will work with you to get your registration form, fees and USA card. Please note, due to state insurance
coverage, wrestlers will not be able to participate in practice until their USA card has been received by the state office.
It will take approximately 5-7 business days before your wrestler can begin practice if you fill out the USA card with our
office. However, if you would like begin practicing November 1st, and missed registration, you can purchase a USA
card online at www.usawmembership.com and will not have to wait. . The
$125 Equipment Deposit Check per wrestler should be post-dated to 4/30/2012. We will hold your check and return your check at the end of the season upon return of all gear. The $125
covers the cost of a new headgear and singlet if you are unable to return any of the gear, or if it is damaged during the
year. . Orientation
night was November 1st. If you missed orientation please click on the homepage and review the orientation link listed.

TO COACHES: If
you are interested in assisting with coaching this year, please email Head Coach Che Kearby, ckearby@statelinewildcats.com You will need to purchase your coach’s USA Card prior to participating in practice or entering onto the mats.
As much as we’d like you to help, no one will be allowed on the mat without a completed USA Card for insurance reasons.
Go online to www.usawmembership.com to register for a coach’s card. New coaches will also have to go through a background check online if you weren't
a coach last year. Once you have your card, please bring a copy of your card to Nicole Valach for lamination and our

during the month of November will be: - All Wrestlers: Tuesday,
Wednesday & Thursday, 6:00-7:30pm
Beginning
December, practice times will change: - Beginners, Tuesday & Wednesday, 5:30-6:45pm
- Advanced, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 6:30-8:00pm
