Attention Parents: There will
be a parents meeting on Wednesday, February 15 at 6:15. This meeting will be to discuss Border Bash and other upcoming events.
We also will be recognizing some of our wrestlers for a specific accomplishment.
Regional Training Camp - Week 2 This week 's Focus is on Takedowns. "This week is key to making sure that we start each match
with a lead. Getting the first takedown can change your opponent's strategy in the match. We will work on movement on our
feet, faking attacks to set up others, and making sure that we finish each takedown that we start. This is how we will establish
our aggressive approach to our matches." This week 's Goal is on getting the first

clicking the "Stats" tab in the left column. Cliff will also have a binder at
every practice that includes every Wrestler's individual Stat Sheets. You can provide him your Wrestler's stats then.
